If You See A Drunken Man Directing Traffic

Luis Iram Figueredo, 47, of Tampa, Fla., was charged with public drunkenness after police were called to the 1000 block of Far Hills Drive just before 1 a.m. Saturday.

Trooper Todd Bingman noted in his report that it was “readily apparent” that Figueredo was intoxicated.
