The city of Warren, Michigan had been trying to chase a porn store out of town for a long time. So, how did they finally pull it off?

Why, they bought the store with the intent to close it down.

Under the deal, Warren buys the business for $295,000 but the current owners have to dispose of the inventory and they’re barred from reopening anywhere in the city limits.
