    Happy birthday Cheeta!!

    Let’s face it, without Cheeta it would not have been worth watching the Tarzan movies.
    My favorite Cheeta memory is when Tarzan made him apologize to the young baby monkeys for stealing their eggs and they pelted him with the eggs.
    Long live Cheeta!!

    I also love that Cheeta did back flips to apologize to his “little friends.” I wish humans did that!

    I also liked when she gunned down all those nazis and then taunted them over the radio while the overweight Tarzan rescued Boy.

    There were a series of Tarzan movies in the 1930s and 40s that were silly. The stupidest was when Tarzan and crew (including Boy and Cheeta) wiped out a batch of nazis that had invaded the African jungles.

    It had to be Cheeta’s personality that led to eddiebear’s obsession with chimps. Personality goes a long way.
